Florence may conduct an initial assessment to determine whether a program is suitable for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted to Florence are accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.

5. Visa and Immigration Matters

Florence may provide information or assistance relating to visa preparation as part of certain programs.

However, participation in a Florence program does not guarantee the approval or grant of any Australian visa.

Visa applications are subject to the requirements, assessment, and decisions of the relevant Australian government authorities.

Visa eligibility and requirements may change from time to time. Participants are responsible for providing truthful information and complying with all applicable immigration requirements.

Where professional immigration advice is required, participants should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified and authorised migration professional.

Florence provides preparation and support intended to help participants pursue employment opportunities in Australia.

However, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Florence does not guarantee that a participant will obtain employment.

Employment outcomes may depend on factors including qualifications, skills, English proficiency, employer requirements, availability of positions, visa conditions, market conditions, and other factors outside Florence’s control.

Any information regarding employment opportunities should be understood as information or guidance and not as a guarantee of employment.

Program fees will be communicated to participants before registration or payment.

The current website may display a program investment of AUD/IDR as specified by Florence at the time of registration, including applicable program components. The exact price, payment schedule, inclusions, and exclusions applicable to a participant will be determined by the relevant quotation, invoice, agreement, or payment information provided by Florence.

Where instalment payments are offered, participants must comply with the applicable payment schedule.

Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension or termination of access to the program or services.
